We are so excited to be collaborating with Jamie from Ginger Pig on our first beef brisket pita DIY kit. We have worked with Jamie and the team from Ginger Pig since day one of Shuk and are excited to celebrate the amazing relationship that we have developed with this epic kit that uses their incredibly ethical meat.  The brisket is lovingly braised for 12 hours with date honey, baharat spices and sweet red wine and is a much-loved recipe created by Mark’s wife Limor.

For dessert, bring the smells and tastes of our freshly baked babka to your home. We have put together a kit with everything you need to quickly and easily make killer babkas every time. We have done the messy bit with the mixer so all you need to do is roll the dough, add the toppings, shape, prove and bake it!

In the box you will receive:

1 x set of instructions for both elements!

Pita Kit
1 x bag of cooked 12 hour spiced beef brisket, 1 x pot of smoky mayo, 1 x pot of pickled red onions, 1 x packet of sliced cheese (4 x slices) 1 x head of baby gem, 4 x bespoke Shuk pita

Babka
1 x babka dough, 1 x flour for rolling, 1 x chocolate and hazelnut spread, 1 x chocolate drops and cookie crumb, 1 x babka baking mould and 1 x vanilla syrup.

DIY Pita Kits will keep for 2 days including delivery date. DIY Babka Kits will keep for 3 days including delivery date. Store in fridge as soon as delivered until use. Freezing is also possible if needed.
