Ginger Pig X Shuk – Beef Brisket Pita Kit

We are so excited to be collaborating with Jamie from Ginger Pig on our first beef brisket pita DIY kit.  Ginger Pig butchers shops are now located in 8 shops across London, but like us their story began in Borough Market. 

We have worked with Jamie and the team from Ginger Pig since day one of Shuk and are excited to celebrate the amazing relationship that we have developed with this epic kit that uses their incredibly ethical meat. 

The beef brisket is lovingly braised for 12 hours with date honey, baharat spices and sweet red wine and is a much-loved recipe created by Mark’s wife Limor.

In the box you will receive:

1 x set of instructions
1 x bag of cooked 12 hour spiced beef brisket
1 x pot of smoky mayo
1 x pot of pickled red onions
1 x packet of sliced cheese (4 x slices)
1 x head of baby gem
4 x bespoke Shuk pita

 

DIY Pita Kits will keep for 2 days including delivery date. Store in the fridge until use. Not suitable for home freezing. 

Allergens: Gluten, S.Dioxide, Milk, Mustard, Eggs & may contain Sesame
