We have designed a kit featuring our delicious fish tagine pita – a family recipe cooked every Friday by our founder Mark’s father in law Avi, and our Sabich Pita, the ultimate veggie sandwich, filled with roasted aubergine, chopped warm eggs homemade pickles, mint, tomatoes & tahini.

Mark was desperate to recreate the fish tagine recipe at Shuk so spent a few sessions in the kitchen with Avi to learn this incredible recipe and it’s now a firm favourite at Borough Market.  We’ve been told by our Tel Avivian customer’s that having our Sabich, is like taking a journey home!

Description

The kit comes with everything you need to recreate both of our famous fluffy pitas at home. The kit makes 2 of each x whole pita or 4 of each x half pita.

In the box you will receive:

2 x sets of instructions
1 x box of Avi’s fish tagine in tomato harissa sauce
4 x bespoke Shuk pita
1 x coriander pot
1 x mint pot
1 x amba tahini
1 x dill pot
1 x box of roasted aubergine
1 x box of prepared egg
1 x pickled cucumber & fresh tomato
1 X Harissa oil
1 x Shuk zhug pot (for the pita lovers who like some fire)

DIY Pita Kits will keep for 2 days including delivery date. Store in the fridge until use. Freezing is also possible if needed.
